GETTING STARTED
Every Mud2Lotus Organizing project starts with a complimentary 15–20 minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to hear what’s feeling overwhelming, learn what you’d like to accomplish, explain how our services work, and answer your initial questions. It also helps us determine whether our services are the right match for your project.
IN-PERSON CONSULTATION | $75
After our initial call, we’ll schedule an in-home or on-site consultation. During this 45–60 minute visit, we’ll walk through the areas you’d like help with, discuss your priorities and challenges, and determine the level of support your project will require.
Following the consultation, you’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining the recommended services, estimated investment, and anticipated timeline for completing your project.
TYPICAL PROJECT INVESTMENT
Every home, space, and client has different needs. The ranges below are intended to provide a general idea of what clients typically invest. Your final quote will be based on the size and complexity of your project, number of spaces, amount of belongings, and number of organizers needed.
Most organizing sessions are approximately 4–6 hours and may include a team of 2–5 organizers, depending on the scope of the project.
Organizing products, containers, shelving, and other materials are not included in the estimates below unless specifically stated in your proposal.
SMALLER / SINGLE-SPACE PROJECTS
Typical Investment: $480–$960
Great for spaces such as:

Smaller or reach-in closets

LARGER OR MULTI-SPACE PROJECTS
Typical Investment: $1,000–$2,500

MOVING & RELOCATION SERVICES
Typical Investment: $3,500+
Designed for larger transitions that may include:
Pre-move decluttering and preparation

Because moving projects vary significantly in size and complexity, a customized proposal will be provided following your consultation.
LEGACY & ESTATE ORGANIZING
Investment: $320 per 4-Hour Session
Bring important household, financial, and personal information together in one organized, easy-to-navigate place. Our Estate & Legacy Organizing service helps you sort through important documents, eliminate outdated paperwork, and create a customized legacy binder so the information your family may someday need is organized and accessible.
Your session may include organizing important documents, identifying paperwork to keep or discard, categorizing records, making necessary copies, securely shredding unwanted sensitive documents, and assembling your personalized binder.
Your investment includes:
One 4-hour organizing session
Legacy binder
Page protectors and dividers
Document copying
Shredding services
Organization and assembly of your documents
Additional sessions may be scheduled depending on the volume of paperwork and complexity of your records.

MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP
Stay organized long after your initial project is complete. The Mud2Lotus Maintain Membership is exclusively available to current and former clients who want ongoing support maintaining spaces we’ve previously organized.
Life changes, routines shift, items accumulate, and even the best organizing systems occasionally need a reset. Refresh sessions are designed to get things back in order before clutter becomes overwhelming again.
During a Maintain Session, we may:
Tidy and reset previously organized spaces
Remove expired or unwanted items
Adjust organizational systems as your needs change
Update or replace labels
Reorganize items that have migrated out of place
Recommend small changes to keep your systems working effectively
The focus is maintenance—not starting over. We help keep your home or business functional, organized, and easier to manage throughout the year.
